How do I reserve my spot?

Use the link below to save your spot. Please select if you are celebrating or have dietary restrictions. Reservations are recommended to secure your table, especially during peak hours and weekends.

Each reservation includes a dining time limit dependent on party size. For parties larger than 14, please contact us directly - 480-664-0222. Please arrive on time for your reservation as we can only hold your table for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you're running late, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Please note: Your entire party must be present to be seated.

Where is your parking located?

Given the limited parking available on our premises, we kindly ask that guests plan their arrival in advance. To ensure a seamless and timely arrival, we strongly recommend utilizing rideshare services. Additionally, there is a complimentary public parking lot located conveniently down the street from our restaurant. Please consult the map below for further details.

1. Payment Policies

How many ways can a party split checks?

We will accommodate split checks up to four ways.

What is your payment & gratuity policy?

Mon Chéri accepts all major credit cards and cash payments. For parties of 6 or more, a 22% service charge will be added to your bill to ensure equitable compensation for our staff's exceptional service.

How can i reserve seating in the rose tunnel?

Please be aware that due to the high demand for our rose tunnel seating, we cannot guarantee reservations in this space. Our restaurant has limited seating for large parties, with the rose tunnel area being the only section capable of accommodating them. Please indicate your preference for patio seating in your reservation notes, and our team will do their best to assign you to this area if it is available during your visit.

DOES YOUR OUTDOOR SEATING HAVE COOLING?

Please note that during the summer months, Mon Chéri will continue to offer patio dining for guests who prefer this option when making their reservation. Due to the high temperatures in Arizona, the cooling measures we can provide are limited. However, our team has strategically positioned coolers throughout the patio and installed sun coverings to enhance your comfort. Please note, this does not include misters.

OUTSIDE CAKE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Mon Cheri Restaurants for your special occasion. We are pleased to accommodate our guests who wish to bring an outside cake to celebrate their event. Please review our cake cutting policy below:

1. Cake Fee: A $25 fee applies for all outside cakes brought into the restaurant. This fee covers the provision of an acrylic stand, plates, forks, candle, and cake cutter.

2. Self-Service Cutting: While we supply the necessary utensils for cake serving, we do not provide cake cutting services. Guests are responsible for cutting and serving their cake.

3. No Storage Provision: We do not offer storage for outside cakes. All cakes must be managed and monitored by the party responsible.

4. Liability Release: Mon Cheri Restaurants assumes no liability for cakes brought from outside. Guests are advised that they bring outside cakes at their own risk, and any issues, including but not limited to, spoilage or allergic reactions, are the sole responsibility of the guest.
