Elexsis, despite having a substantial background in beauty and no prior experience in hospitality, ventured into one idea only to find her path taking an entirely different direction. As a newlywed and an atheist who became a follower of Jesus, she encountered the vibrant food scene in Old Town Scottsdale. Armed with the ambition to revolutionize her relationship with food and the culture she encountered in Scottsdale, Elexsis embarked on a new journey, and a new calling of leadership. Elexsis resides in Peoria, and loves working on Mon Chéri everyday.
I may hold the title “brand founder”, but the true founder is Mon Chéri, My Dear, My Love, My Lord, My Savior, Jesus Christ.
